We are delighted to announce that Allsebrook & Hadley has been acquired by Wakemans Ltd, a leading firm of construction consultants, and we have now relocated to their Head Office at the address opposite.

The business name “Allsebrook & Hadley” will be retained, as a trading division of Wakemans Ltd. Lionel Martin is now a Divisional Director and John Roberts has become a Senior Executive within the Wakemans organisation.

We shall continue to provide the personalised service that our clients, fellow consultants and contractors are accustomed to, with the added benefits of being part of a long-established and highly successful construction consultancy. Further property-related services are now available to our clients and fellow consultants, including building surveying, CDM co-ordination and health and safety services, project and cost management and other construction and development-related consultancy. 

Wakemans has offices in Birmingham, Caernarfon and Bristol and is able to offer its services on a nationwide and international basis.
